About Octopus
Reliable by the world's best freedivers, OCTOPUS has been manufacturing equipment since 2015 for everyone who loves excellent design, high quality, efficient and innovative freediving accessories.

Our product development process is driven by extreme underwater use. We manufacture products for the world's most demanding users, dedicated testers and ambassadors. When they are happy, we know that our products are good enough to be used in the most demanding settings. We believe in the legacy of craftsmanship.
All of our products have been developed from start to finish in a prototype workshop in Geneva by Swiss designer and record holder Pascal Berger (AIDA VWT -131m). Our inventory is also there. We strive to minimize our environmental footprint by continuously streamlining our production chain. Long product life means the world for us.

About Pascal
Pascal Berger (Design & Production)
Pascal Berger was born and raised in Switzerland, a competitive freediver and designer.
After graduating from the University of Art and Design in Geneva, Pascal has been a successful designer since 2001, holding annual shows in Milan to teach young design students.
In 2010, Pascal met freediving and was passionate about it. I especially liked the deep fields where I enjoyed the peaceful and quiet feeling of deep blue. From the beginning he had tremendous abilities, grew very fast and within a few years became a national record holder in Switzerland in all areas. His deepest record was to achieve a dive up to -131m with variable weights in 2017.
Taking full advantage of both worlds, Pascal founded OCTOPUS in 2013, promising to provide the fastest-growing freediving community with the highest quality, innovative and sexy specialty equipment.
After testing the new product himself at the Blue Hole in Dahab during his training in Egypt, he is responsible for all production, packaging and shipping in his native Switzerland.
